Bar None: S2E20 - Back In The Saddle

We’re off to the races with our very own champion in the equestrian circuit, Qabil Ambak. With nine gold medals from three outings, he is the the most successful Malaysian in SEA Games equestrian history. The 21st SEA Games was a real turning point for him as he took home four gold medals which then led to him to being crowned as the most outstanding male athlete of the Games as well as awarded Malaysian Olympian of the year 2001. After a seven-year hiatus, the horseman made a comeback together with younger sister Quzandria Nur and competed in the 2017 SEA Games where he raked in a gold and a silver. Currently based in Europe, Qabil joins us this week as he shares the tools of the trade in horse riding and why awareness is important to preserve this sport.
