The Residential Tenancy Act is currently being drawn up by the Ministry of Housing with the intention of protecting both landlords and tenants and also to prevent discrimination. We speak to Chris Tan, Lawyer and Managing Partner of Chur Associates to see the viability of the Act and whether implementation will be an issue.
