Societies are using water from rivers, soils and aquifiers much faster than nature can replenish them. How dire is this situation and what does it mean for us? • Orang Asli asks for audience with Sultan: The Orang Asli community are appealing to ruler Sultan Abdullah Ahmad Shah to reconsider his statement denying the existence of customary land in the state. This comes after 21 Orang Asli villagers were arrested in Rompin, Pahang after their attempts to dismantle a barricade at the entrance of what they call their customary land. We hear thoughts from Eliana Tan Beng Hui, a member of the Orang Asli Jakun Community from Kuala Rompin, Pahang. (Starts at 17:17)

• MP absenteeism: Parliament recently failed to pass a law to cap the Prime Minister's tenure at 10 years, despite being confident that it would pass. Some groups are criticising the MPs who were absent during the vote. We discuss this. (Starts at 12:00)

• Efforts to curb elephant-human conflict in Johor: There have been a rise in elephants entering human activity zones. This has damaging consequences to both animal and humans. The government has set up several measures, including translocation operations and land allocation for elephant migratory routes. Is this enough? Dr Wong Ee Phin, Principal Investigator for Management & Ecology of Malaysian Elephants at University Nottingham Malaysia shares her view. (Starts at 4:53)

• Cheaper gyms in KL: The government is offering gym owners an 80% discount on their license fee, effective immediately. This move is partly to address the high obesity rates in Kuala Lumpur. We get into it. (Starts at 0:22)
