The Charm in Malaysia’s Old Flats

As skyscrapers and condominiums continue to dot our skyline, in their shadows remain older flats that often go unnoticed beyond the occasional remark about how dilapidated they might look. But within them contains multitudes of memories held by ordinary Malaysians and families. We speak to artist Wong Sze Yoong who has been painting old flats around our capital city and Malaysia, about what he wants to capture through his work.
