根据国库控股研究所 的报告指出,超过90%的30岁以下EPF 会员在退休时可能无法累积到24万令吉的基本储蓄。主要是因为起薪低和工作不匹配,导致年轻人的工资增长缓慢。虽然EPF已经提高了缴款比例,但是25万令吉的退休目标是否能满足现今的生活需求吗?随著寿命延长和健康风险增加,年轻一代在准备退休储蓄更加挑战,特别是对于非正式工作者。所以,今天特别邀请了特许注册理财规划师 杨子佑来和我们一起探讨马来西亚人面临的退休储蓄危机。到底要如何有尊严地度过自己的退休生活呢?
