首次公开发行募股(IPO)，到底是陷阱还是馅饼？

大马交易所（Bursa）首席执行官Datuk Muhamad Umar Swift 表示，他们已将2024年的上市目标设定为42家企业，期望市值能达到130亿令吉。证券监督委员会（SC）和大马交易所也将上市程序缩短至三个月，这项改革已在3月份开始实施。希望这项改革能让企业受益，并提供全面且用户友好的服务，以更好地支持那些打算通过IPO筹集资金并提升上市公司地位的企业。对于今年首次公开募股的公司来说，截至4月底的13只新上市股票中，只有一只股价低于IPO价格。这是否意味着IPO投资就是一个稳赚不赔的好投资方案呢？
