MUTEK.JP, Where Music and AI Come Together

Artificial intelligence (AI) has been writing music over the past several decades (did you know David Bowie co-developed a lyric-writing Mac app?). This collaboration is taken further with MUTEK.JP, an electronic music and digital arts festival that celebrates the intersection between humans and AI. Maurine Jones and Natalia Fusch joins us on the phone to elaborate more on the AI music lab; a gathering and exploration of soundscape composition, noise music and techno music production with AI.
