Over the last couple of months, arts practitioners have been lamenting a proposed 15% entertainment tax in Selangor - 25% for international artistes – of a 100% ticket sales regardless of whether or not the event sells out. While big companies can easily cushion this, should the same tax brush be painted over smaller arts events/productions? ReformARTsi's Arief Hamizan joins us this week.
