Most of Southeast Asia knows him as Joey G, but to some he is known as Joey Ghazlan. He was the man who used to entertain us through the television screen and introduced us to popular music on Channel [V]. With his boyish charm, appealing accent and on-screen good looks, he was very influential towards his audiences and he still does that today.

During his Channel [V] days, he was the host of shows like Remote Control, Billboard Top 20 Countdown, Smash Hits, Paparazzi and Bid It. Later on, his impressive work ethic has put him in a favorable position to work with huge brands and companies, some of which he has worked with for more than 10 years. He was even involved in radio by captaining the dance belt show on Capital FM and Spinmaster Challenge on Hitz.FM.

Moving away from radio and TV, Joey G has been very, very busy with hosting multiple gigs, events, festivals, concerts and so forth. A few notable mentions include the BRDB & Rotary Club Charity Dinner, BMW World Showcase, Tag Heuer Racing Event, Marini’s on 57 Sunset Hours Compilation Launch Event, Infiniti Showcase KL International Motor Show and etc. Personally, he’s been in covers and articles in publications like The Star, The Sun, The New Straits Times, JUICE, Men’s Health, Newman, Esquire, FHM and many more.

Also, he has done many interviews with all sorts of celebrities like Renée Zellweger, Armin Van Burin, Kate Winslet, Fernando Alonso, Hugh Jackman, Akon and etc. As if there’s anything more to add to this man, Joey G even DJ’s on his own time for events.

This man is a 21st century chameleon.
