A Whimsical Journey In Fashion

Designing comfy, good-looking and durable clothing is no easy task, especially if made for children but Whimsigirl pulls the whole package together. Starting as a home business in 2010, architecture graduate Syazana Sukiman initially started the brand for friends and family. With overwhelming positive reception, she grew the brand of Whimsigirl with tender love and care, gradually turning the hobby into a proper business within a year. However, the brand still very much remains close to heart with Syazana as every named piece carries a personal sentiment to her. She makes a return to BFM, following her most recent fashion show in collaboration with Fashion Valet, alongside her upcoming Raya release. Later, Florence Song of Zalora and BFM’s Othniel Ting get into the Spring 2018 trend of romantic puff sleeve blouses.
