Periuk - Uncovering Food Recipes & Stories

Periuk is a bilingual online portal founded in 2020 that strives to archive recipes and stories of home cooks and food in Malaysia. Upon realising the lack of documentation in those aspects, co-founders Surekha Ragavan and Alia Ali took it upon themselves to fill that gap - highlighting the diversity within Malaysian cooking. They join us on the show to share their journey in raising Periuk, talking through food culture in our beloved country, Malaysia.
