Hotel Tales

Hotels and the city of Kuala Lumpur have had a unique relationship since the 1900s. Apart from providing temporary accommodation for people who are in town for a short visit, hotels also contributed to the growth of our city. Besides the glitz and glamour surrounding hotels, what really takes place behind the scenes of running one? Hanley Chew, CEO of S P A C E Hospitality and author of Hotel Tales, shares some insights on what it takes to be a hotelier, how are hotels coping with low occupancy due to the restrictions, and what should be done, moving forward.
