Being one to take on many hats – graduating in Biochemistry, Biotechnology & Marketing, Isadora Chai rekindled with her passion for food and proceeded to open Bistro à Table in 2011. Now, she’s back with her newest venture called Antara, where she lets her creativity run wild with dishes she would usually serve in her own home. She also shares with us the recipe for her Belacan Chicken Wings.
