Xpeng X9 - Defining The True Meaning of Luxury?

Cruise Control returns once again with news from the automotive world, a discussion on the state of the industry at the moment, and a car review! We start the show by talking about Stellantis & Leapmotor’s RM24 million investment to manufacture their EVs in Gurun, Kedah. Will this be a game changer for the Malaysian automotive industry, especially to the region? We also discuss Tesla’s sales dropping in California, as well as Volvo EX90 being voted the World’s Best Luxury Car by World Car Awards.

In our discussion segment, Daniel gives his thoughts on why the sales of EV are not really picking up despite the proliferation of EVs from different manufacturers, at very competitive prices. Hint - the answer is in the statement.

And later on the show, Daniel gives a glowing review of Xpeng X9, a luxury MPV that’s disrupting the market and redefining what it means to be driven in comfort. Tune in to hear his thoughts!
