Should You Buy An Old Stock Electric Vehicle In Malaysia?

Despite the current ongoing price war in the EV space, there are still more good deals to be found, in the form of old stock, or demo units. With some manufacturers offering such a good deal for these cars, should you consider one if you’re in the market for an EV? Daniel shares his thoughts on the topic, and gives us some pointers on how to navigate this space.

In between this conversation, we discuss other automotive news in the country and in the region. GAC announced their second car that will be locally assembled here, in the form of the GAC Emkoo, while Mercedes launched the all-electric G-Wagon - the G 580 in Malaysia. We also discuss the Ops Luxury, and what led to the abundance of luxury cars entering the local market through dubious ways.

In our used car review, Daniel talks about the 2014 Suzuki Swift, and why it’s the perfect choice for parents looking to buy their teenage children a used, compact car.
