Tambah pula, apabila terdapat godaan makanan yang pelbagai dalam bentuk hidangan di pasar-pasar. Apakah cara terbaik untuk kita mencari penyelesaian yang seimbang? Kami bercakap dengan seorang pakar pemakanan yang akan memberikan penjelasan sewajarnya. Selain itu, kami juga akan membincangkan tradisi mengejutkan masyarakat untuk bersahur di kampung, serta "social engineering", dengan menggunakan Jepun sebagai model.
