Overcoming all odds, Pandelela Rinong, along with veteran diver Leong Mun Yee, produced a silver medal and two Tokyo 2020 Olympic tickets at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships. What seemed completely impossible months ago due to a change in coaching staff, multiple injuries, and a very short time frame has been proven to be only a minor speed-bump in Pandelela's illustrious career. Leaving everything on the platform, Pandelela Rinong sheds light on her training, Malaysia's elusive Olympic gold, and the diving world as it prepares for the 2020 Olympics.
