The best defense is a good offense and with its close quarter combat and swift moves, Arnis proves to be a martial art that aptly embodies this statement. Originating from the Philippines, the composite art was influenced by numerous systems and cultures during its development and is currently being taught and practiced by various law enforcers and military groups worldwide.

Highly effective in practical use and no stranger to the silver screens, Arnis has been featured in many films -- most notably the Bourne trilogy.
