Flexible Work Arrangements Here To Stay

The Malaysian government has introduced an initiative offering tax incentives to companies adopting flexible work arrangements (FWAs), aiming to improve workplace health, work-life balance, and reduce traffic congestion. To support its implementation, comprehensive guidelines have been released, along with a six-month study with TalentCorp to assess FWAs’ impact locally. We speak with Deepa George, Managing Consultant at MYHRC Services, about the potential effects of this initiative on businesses and the national work trend.
