0:10 - Mobile cellular penetration in Malaysia has reached 132%, as of the third quarter of last year, while smartphone penetration stands at 70% and broadband penetration at just under 85%.

5:34 - Singapore has just announced new guidelines to protect consumers and small businesses, when it comes to e-payments. The Monetary Authority of Singapore proposed guidelines saying that consumers and small businesses will NOT be held liable for unauthorised transactions as long as they keep their account details secure.
