It seems that despite a slowdown in the economy around the world due to the pandemic as well as a restriction in movement, enthusiasm for overseas properties among Asian buyers are still quite strong. Long term investments goals and lower interests rates have spurred those looking for opportunities to shop online for their next home. Georg Chmiel of Juwai-IQI talks to us about their findings from their latest report on Asian buyer interest in overseas properties.
