Budget 2021: More Can Be Done For Property Sector

Budget 2021 was tabled on 6th November and it is the largest budget Malaysia has tabled in history. Of course, this comes as no surprise, given the economic condition of the country due to the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the sectors affected is the property sector and many players in the industry were hoping Budget 2021 would address their concerns and spur recovery. We speak to Premendran Pathmanathan from iProperty and Sarkunan Subramaniam to unpack Perikatan Nasional’s Budget proposal.
