The NAP is particularly significant because it will affect jobs and investments into the country. What the policy dictates and prioritizes will be key to determine if Malaysia can compete effectively against our Asean neighbors like Thailand and Indonesia which have already leapfrogged ahead as auto manufacturing hubs.
