Revamped PR1MA Needs to Solve Conflicting Aims

Housing and Local Government Minister Zuraida Kamaruddin announced plans to mould PR1MA into a national housing corporation. The problem is that a self-funding property venture may need to sell homes at market prices, the very thing that drives homes out of the reach of many.
