Generation End Game Bill Postponed

The second reading of the Control of Smoking Products for Public Health Bill 2023, also known as the generation end game initiative was postponed to a date to be announced later. As a refresher, the bill was tabled for its first reading in June this year before being sent to the Parliamentary Special Select Committee (PSSC) for further review. And then on Wednesday, the health ministry announced the launching of a survey to get public feedback on the anti-smoking Bill. Boo Su-Lyn, Editor-in-Chief, CodeBlue shares with us the latest developments in this ambitious legislation.
