According to Deputy Communications and Multimedia Minister Eddin Syazlee Shith, local films grossed nearly RM94 million in the first 11 months of the year with animated films among the highest contributors. However that is lower than last year's nearly RM110 million that was generated. Does the industry need more support? What are the challenges it faces? Is Finas doing a good job?
