Over the weekend, supporters of Brazil’s far-right former president Jair Bolsonaro invaded the country’s Congress, presidential palace and Supreme Court. Parallels are being drawn to the 6th January attacks in the US which then begs the question, how polarised is South America's largest economy and what precipitated these attacks?
