Prestariang: SKIN In the Game

Following an announcement that Prestariang has been awarded the National Immigration Control System (SKIN) Project, RHB Research has upgraded its call on the counter to BUY from NEUTRAL. The project is expected to contribute positively to its recurring earning base, as its university segment continues to post losses. A fund-raising exercise via a rights issue or private placement may be in the cards to fund the initial capex of the SKIN project.
