Cautiously Optimistic About Malaysia's Economy

Grant Thornton has recently released the International Business Report (IBR), a quarterly global survey of 2,600 businesses in 37 economies. Globally, business optimism at the end of Q4 2016 stands at net 38% which is an increase of 5 percentage point from Q3. However, the rates in ASEAN countries have declined and Malaysia is the lowest in the region.

Today on Current Affairs, BFM explores how Malaysia’s economic performance in 2016 has affected investor’s view towards our country and what are the prospects for the year ahead.

This is a report by Emir Zainul.
