Top 5 at 5: What is Happening with Selangor's Pig Farms?

The Selangor state government has expedited their plans to relocate all pig farms in Kuala Langat to one centralised location in Bukit Tagar following a decree from His Royal Highness Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah. The plan was initially projected to happen in 2030 but it will now take place by this year amidst complaints of pollution from local residents. • Journalist Rex Tan arrested: The ex-FMT reporter was arrested over the weekend under the Sedition Act after backlash over a question he asked at a Gaza lecture. The arrest drew widespread criticism and raised questions about freedom of press in the country.
