US and UK decline to sign declaration on ethical AI: The AI Action Summit in Paris has concluded, and here's what we know: 61 countries have signed a declaration on the need for "open, inclusive and ethical" artificial intelligence, but the US and UK have opted out of signing this, citing national interests and concerns on over-regulation.
