Is English Proficiency In Malaysia Strong Enough?

In an interview with the Breakfast Grille, British Council Chief Executive Scott McDonald pointed out that there’s a case to be made for countries that speak a lot of English, to not have to go through English language proficiency tests, like IELTS. So we get into that, and look into whether English proficiency in Malaysia is strong enough. We also hear from those have taken the IELTS and what their experiences were like:

- Michelle Yesudas, Humanitarian Policy Advisor at an international NGO on the Thai Myanmar border
