A recent tweet referencing a TikTok video of a girl currently working in KFC, despite having graduated with an honours in Chemistry, has been circulating on Twitter. This brought up the issue of underemployment faced by graduates in our country, and led many others to share their own struggles of finding a job on par with their qualifications. We dive into this.
