The Growing Challenges For Malaysian Employers To Secure Talents

Malaysian employers today are facing a challenge to secure top talents and a new research from global talent solutions partner, Robert Walters, suggests that 89% of companies have noted an increase in job offer rejections this year.

With the labour market getting tighter by the day, professionals are becoming more selective about their career moves by prioritising trust, transparency, and long-term stability when choosing a new employer.

So, how should employers adapt to this new reality? What does it take to attract and more importantly, retain the best talent going forward?

To help us explore the findings from the research and share some strategies is Gan Hua Choon, Country Manager at Robert Walters Malaysia.
