Gen Z’s Silent Signals - Quiet Quitting and the Need for Empathy

In this episode of The Workplace, we explore the evolving dynamics of employee behaviour, focusing on the rise of 'quiet quitting' and the prioritisation of mental well-being among Gen Z professionals.

Based on insights from a recent Jabra research study, we learn that while over 70% of Gen Z employees are satisfied with their jobs, 52% still feel stressed and burned out, with 32% prioritising mental well-being and work-life balance in their career decisions.
