Today, we speak to Michael Gorriz, the Group Chief Information Officer about how their vision to be a with a human touch. Here you will hear his vision and a bit about how they’re reaching there through clever partnerships within the FinTech space. And just as we begin, the FinTech space that’s being mentioned about during this chat compromises of 3 different types of players. The first is the player that works with financial institutions to create unique tailored made kind of solutions, the second is players who create solutions themselves and sells to financial institutions, and the third kind of player is one that create solutions in the FinTech space and directly go to customers, undercutting financial institutions.
