An AI Hero We Need

Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and big data analytics have evolved rapidly over the past few years, allowing businesses to better use data to produce transformative results. According to a report by Gartner, “Predicts 2018: Artificial Intelligence” AI and ML strategy development is one of the five key priorities of executives.

While most South East Asian companies are only just starting to dip their toes into the world of AI and ML, Supahands, a Malaysian-outsourcing company, has fully embraced this technology with AWS. Last year, the company introduced DIANE, a state-of-the-art auto-routing technology that enables Supahands’ Project Managers to rapidly kick off projects by recommending SupaAgents based on the project’s nature and agent’s skillset. We speak to Mark Koh, CEO & Co-founder, and Greg Meehan, Head of Sales at Supahands Malaysia about how they are tapping AI and ML for the growth of their business.
