Data Strategy Pitfalls

Many businesses in Malaysia have a multi cloud strategy, while 80% of them are combining the use of public and private clouds to replace traditional storage infrastructure and also help them scale for growth. This further proves that businesses are on the right trajectory, considering the benefits that cloud solutions offer, like improved security, performance, and reliability. But for some companies they still fall into recognisable pitfalls - including making data an afterthought, and the lack of proper data governance. Siva Subramanian, Head of Data & Analytics Practice at Searce, takes us through these and how to prepare accordingly.
