Ai Sunaga has served Nobu Restaurants for over 10 years. She has worked at Nobu in London, Melbourne, Turkey and now Kuala Lumpur. We follow her journey in working for celebrity chef, Nobu Matsuhisa and a Michelin star restaurant that has expanded to 30 outlets across five continents. Ai shares the challenges in setting up Nobu in Kuala Lumpur and how they managed to uphold Nobu’s brand.
