The 5th Trimester: Life Hacks for Post-Maternity Leave

The first three trimesters are pregnancy. The fourth is the newborn phase. But The Fifth Trimester? It’s when the working mom is born. The role of motherhood, whilst rewarding, is one the toughest and most challenging jobs one will ever undertake; and for many, the thought of trying to integrate work and motherhood is both terrifying and overwhelming. No one wants to return to work with those feelings. Laura Yee, Learning & Growth Partner at Leaderonomics and also a full time working mom, shares her thoughts on the challenges moms face upon returning to work and discusses life hacks to empower the new mom to survive and thrive in the Return.
