Everyone has a personal brand whether they know it or not. However, for leaders, it becomes exceptionally more important to have a personal brand that people will “buy” into. After all, a leader is only a leader if there is someone following him or her. In this Raise Your Game session, Samuel Yau shares his thoughts on why it is important for leaders to intentionally build their personal brand as well as some tips on how to do so.
