Developing A Personal Growth Culture: Being Passionate At Work

It’s the third Monday of the month and Shankar of EQTD Consulting finds that people who are impassioned about their work usually exceed the expectations of the standards set by their organisation. When the need arises, they would be willing to come in early, stay late at work or even take work home. They are not workaholics but they just recognise the need for extra effort to get things done properly, and in a timely manner. In this Motivational Monday session, Shankar shares with us the need to be passionate at work.
