Blue Ocean Shift

In 2005, professors Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne published a book called Blue Ocean Strategy, all about moving into uncontested market spaces. We speak to Raj Kumar, CEO of UCSI Consulting Group and certified Blue Ocean Strategy practitioner.
