Ala Carte - The Tranquerah

Tranquerah is a part of the City of Malacca originating from the Portuguese word meaning palisades, entrenchments or outworks made from stakes driven into the ground; a fortress to protect the town. The family of the founder, Stephanie Chan are Peranakans who resided at Tranquerah Road way back from way back when until till this generation. Hence the name of The Tranquerah and a restaurant to offer a nostalgic experience while serving classic nyonya cuisine.
