Founded in April 2016, Ezyhaul is transforming the Southeast Asian road freight market with its on-demand trucking technology platform. Leveraging on the ‘shared economy’ model, the startup effectively utilises the empty space on trucks on the Malaysian roads, providing truckers with a way to generate additional income. We speak to founders Raymond Gillon and Mudasar Mohamed about blending tech and transport, the challenges of the shared economy template, as well as the prospects of the Malaysian market.
