Ala Carte - Sushi Heng

Malaysians are spoilt for choices when it comes to selecting their favourite restaurants for Japanese cuisine. Sushi Heng, on the other hand, allows everyone to have affordable good tasting sushi. The man behind Sushi Heng is Nicholas Heng, who has more than 20 years of experience in the kitchen. Trained by Japanese chefs, he has worked in kitchens all over the world. His experience contributed to his openness to different ideas and flavours when it comes to creating sushi, without completely compromising the original concept of sushi. Nicholas and his wife, Madeleine grew their humble sushi stand in the heart of Subang’s Asia Cafe and 11 years later, they now operate their first sushi restaurant in Setia Alam.
