Tales from the Conveyor Belt

Malaysian born Patrick Teo joins us to talk about where our bags go after check-in. The New Zealand based company, BCS Group has 75% market share in Australian airports and looking to expand further into Southeast Asia. They also moved into the logistics vertical - basically any service that uses a conveyor belt is an opportunity for them. Beyond that, BCS Group is at the forefront for innovating the operations by developing revolutionary software that allows the infrastructure to communicate with each other without human intervention.
