As the MCO has tightened its grip on the nation, many people are not allowed to travel. This, obviously, has led to a decline in people purchasing nationwide travel tickets. But if you’re a nationwide coach operator, what can you do to ensure that your business stays afloat? You pivot. And instead of delivering people, you deliver parcels. We’ll be speaking to Kexuan Ooi about the challenging times that private bus operators are currently facing, and how they’re thinking out of the box.
