Dr Mastura Rosly was a psychiatrist at the Ministry of Health, and she served at the Ministry for 14 years cumulatively across various roles. She is now at Mind Matters Specialist Clinic, a private clinic for psychiatric and psychological services.

We discuss the challenges faced as a psychiatrist at MOH, and why companies should prioritise employee wellbeing.
