Studies have shown that many women between the ages of 40 - 65 experience a ‘midlife crisis’. This could be due to biological changes and many personal aspects in their lives. However, Dr Mugilarasi Arasarethinam from Aligned Life believes midlife equals opportunity and transformation. We speak to her on reasons why women feel this way, ways to deal with negative feelings toward menopause and how people can strive during the period of perimenopause.
